"Here I am again with yet another great experience at Rodney Sherrill Insurace Agency. Today I had the pleasure of working Tyler. He was very patient with me as I asked for quotes on different adjustments to my account. He didn't seem to be annoyed in any way and made me feel like he enjoyed helping me. Once I decided exactly what I wanted, he had no problem going back to the beginning and changing my policy for me. As I was speaking with him, he heard a car horn blowing at me and asked what happened. When I told him, he told me to tell them to come see him because they can't mess with his friend because I'm insured by the right one, they take care of their people. I agree totally. His male assistant went off on me , screaming & yelling at me for not being patient ! I kept calling about the $2000 loan from my policy because it took 2 weeks! 😳 newsflash, you can't yell at the customers because you're irritated with your job situation. Fire him Rodney. This is what he's doing when you're not there. The phone call is recorded anyway, I'm sure. I now, in my right mind cannot recommend this agent. State farm in NC had my policy for 33 years total & lost it. So you be the judge. 😒"
